After completing my bachelor’s degree, I continued at Hapag-Lloyd as a working student while doing my master’s degree.

Since april 2026, I have been working in the Commercial Architecture team at Hapag-Lloyd, focusing on building AI solutions on AWS.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Informatics / IT Management at FH Wedel, with a focus on the intersection of technology, business, and artificial intelligence. My studies deepen my expertise in software architectures, data-driven systems, digital transformation, and IT management, while also covering areas such as machine learning, database technologies, security management, and AI regulation.

After being awarded a scholarship from Hapag-Lloyd at the beginning of my third semester in university, I joined Hapag-Lloyd as a working student while pursuing my bachelor's degree.

2023 - 2025 Java Software Developer

From October 2023 to July 2025 I worked in the Network Operations and Analytics team, contributing to the development as a Java EE Developer. My focus was on backend development using Java EE, leveraging technologies such as Contexts and Dependency Injection (CDI) and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP) to build maintainable and modular components. I also introduced and implemented a pipeline for collecting user action logs, which are processed and analyzed using the ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Stack, significantly improving our ability to monitor and understand user behavior across the platform to give new insights for the business side of Hapag Lloyd.

2025 - 2026 AI Software Engineer & Bachelor-Thesis

Since August 2025, I’ve been part of the Web & Mobile team within the Cloud Architecture division. I focus on building AI-driven solutions using LLM and embedding models for scalable applications for data analysis. The focus was on the ai-enhanced analysis and visualization of qualitative nps customer feedback data.

For this team, I wrote my bachelor’s thesis on analyzing and identifying prevalent topics in unstructured customer feedback data using generative AI and LLMs

As a working student at Atlantis DX, I was part of the E-Commerce team, working primarily with Eventim as a major client. I contributed to both front-end and back-end development within the *HP codebase.

My work involved developing and maintaining features using PHP, JavaScript, and LESS/CSS, as well as implementing multi-language support by translating front-end content. I gained hands-on experience with Adobe Magento, ensuring smooth system integration and performance optimization for the online store. Additionally, I contributed to improving the overall UI/UX, helping enhance the customer experience across the platform.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at FH Wedel, where I built a strong foundation in software development, system design, and IT infrastructure. Through academic and project work, I gained experience in both theoretical concepts and practical applications, ranging from programming and networking to data structures and automation.

In addition to technical skills, my studies covered areas such as cybersecurity, data protection (including GDPR), business process modeling, and artificial intelligence. I also contributed to team-based software projects that emphasized problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering functional solutions.

I completed my degree with a thesis on LLM-based topic analysis of NPS free-text customer feedback using generative AI, which received a grade of 1.0.
